About
BlatherSkiet takes from the loan-word "Blather Skite" that means "foolish talk" or "meaningless conversation". Using the opposite meaning, Principals is eager to develop a foolish talk into a talk that has an actual meaning and produces a strong bond among the members.
Having the university as the concept of how this Open Agency is going to work and four faculties have been assigned for each period. Every-40 days contract also applied which give a chance for member to renew or terminate the contract with us.

RULES AND UNVERIFICATION
RULES
1. Username and DN must be related to your character.
2. One account per-head, main account is a must with 300 tweets as minimum and maximum 500 following.
3. We accept all-star characters.
4. No twins allowed.
5. We do accept GEN RP only.
6. Three houses as maximum, including us. We don't count any squad, you can have squad as many as you want as long as you will be active as BIatherSkiet's member.
7. OOC thingy must be written in brackets or #WriterNote.
8. Use BOT / Up-followers / Up-tweet is strictly forbidden.
9. Share random tweet on GDM during No-Convo mode is strictly forbidden.
10. Do tell us through DM if you want to change your character / username / temporary swap / hiatus / unverify.
11. Circle in circle and drama is strictly forbidden.
12. We only allow hiatus for maximum 5 days in a week. In order to lessen being left-out.
13. We only allow character-change once in a month. And, strictly forbidden change muse or username in a week after verification. Do consult us if you must to do it due to avoid suspend or any account-related matter.
14. NSFW thingy is only allowed from 00.00-06.00 GMT+7.
15. Be active and mingle with your OA-mates is a must. Be responsible.
UNVERIFICATION
1. Inactive within 24 hours after verification without any information before.
2. Inactive within 2 days without any notice to Principals.
3. Violate our rules three times.
3. Not participate in event for three times in a row.
